Delete your account

You can remove your Sichive account and everything saved in it at any time.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Sichive and tap your profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Follow the confirmation steps.

Deletion begins as soon as you finish confirming. It cannot be undone.

If you no longer have the app

Email us from the address you signed up with:

We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

The following are permanently removed and cannot be recovered:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile — username, profile photo, and settings
• Every item saved to your canvas, including its images and memos
• Your follows, blocks, and notifications
• Your token balance and subscription status stored in our service

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is retained on our servers after deletion completes.

Records of purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are held by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot delete those on your behalf. An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
